Pescaturismo Argeste provides fishing tourism experiences in Bosa, Sardinia, including but not limited to:

  • Traditional fishing excursions
  • Snorkeling experiences
  • Fresh seafood dining on board
  • Coastal tours and marine activities

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment

Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to secure your booking. We accept payment via:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (on-site, where applicable)

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Health and Safety

Customers must:

  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by our crew
  • Wear provided safety equipment (life jackets) when instructed
  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during activities

5.2 Age Requirements

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors under 18 require parental consent.

5.3 Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any customer who:

  • Behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully
  • Endangers themselves or others
  • Damages equipment or property
  • Fails to follow crew instructions

6. Our Responsibilities

6.1 Service Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver services as described. However, itineraries may change due to weather, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Safety

We maintain:

  • All necessary licenses and permits
  • Properly maintained vessels and equipment
  • Qualified and certified crew members
  • Adequate insurance coverage

7. Weather and Cancellations

Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather or sea conditions for safety reasons. In such cases:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible
  • You will be offered an alternative date or full refund
  • We are not liable for any consequential losses

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Our Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance and take all reasonable precautions. However, participation in water activities carries inherent risks. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from customer negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect or consequential losses

8.2 Customer Insurance

We strongly recommend that customers obtain appropriate travel and activity insurance.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to such use unless you notify us otherwise. You retain the right to request removal of any images.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Pescaturismo Argeste and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sardinia, Italy.
